Create a system that brings together property details, tenant details, legal paper work, property inspections and maintenance activities.
Data security is an important factor, with using Power Apps the data is held in UK accredited data centers and conforms to GDPR regulations.Â

Approach & Solution
First we documented the existing process, met with several key stakeholders to establish what would be the best route based on the analysis of the existing process, from this we devised a specification and data (ERD) diagram to use Power Apps to build an app for the property management team to manage properties, tenancies, invoices and communication with tenants, through using Power Apps it meant revisions and future feature enhancements are much easier. Â

The Results
Deploying a digital first solution to move away from a paper based processes does require a lot of in house change which comes with its own challenges, which meant the paper based process and digital process ran in parallel for a period of 2 weeks whilst the team become accustomed to the new way of working. The below are the measured results from the deployment after 2 months of using the app which doesn’t include the time savings.Â
